Save The Date
After you have enquired & we have figured out whether we are a match for each other, we set a date for the week long intensive.
They must be booked a minimum of 1 month in advance to ensure you have enough time to complete the prep work! -
Strategy & Concepts
Once your intensive begins, we will start with a deep dive into your mini brand strategy during a call we will book & have prior to your intensive week.
The first day of your intensive week, I will craft your mini brand strategy from start to finish. You will provide feedback on the following day! After the strategy is finalized, you will be presented with two different creative directions to choose from via a prerecorded walkthrough. Once you have selected a concept, we move into the design portion of the week!

Design Exploration
The next two days are spent crafting & refining your brand identity. This includes your logo suite, type suite, colour palette, layout inspo, etc.
You will need to be available frequently throughout these two days to ensure feedback is made in a timely fashion. It is a very collaborative process after all! -
Launch & Delivery
It’s Friday at this point which means it is the end of your design intensive and your dream brand experience is completed!
You will receive a prerecorded walkthrough of all your deliverables & how to use them. You will also receive 30 days of Voxer support from me if you have any questions or want feedback on brand implementation.
Pop the bubbly, because your dream brand is done & ready to be shared with the world!
THE process—

Discover & onboarding is where we really set the tone for the project!
During this stage, you will fill out your brand strategy questionnaire to help me get to know your business on a deeper level in order to craft your brand strategy! This includes questions about your mission, target audience, vision & values, current goals & pain points, etc. This is what will be the foundation for your brand strategy & will determine the visual direction of the project as well. You will also build a Pinterest board featuring all the visual elements that inspire you (the most fun part!) -
This is the stage where I deep dive into research for your brand.
We will also be developing your brand strategy at this point which is guiding all the visual elements, however you won’t see the finalized deck quite yet! During this time, I am doing competitor analysis & market research to ensure your brand has a unique position that will stand out in your industry. -
Exploration is the stage where I take all the information I collected in the Strategy phase, and use it to develop what creative direction we will go in.
This includes mood boards, potential typography options, logo inspirations & colour palettes. This is a high level touch point to ensure you and I are on the same page visually. -
At this point, I am revising all deliverables after receiving your feedback.
I will continue fine tuning all the little details in your brand identity and creating your brand style guide document to ensure you feel 100% confident with how to use all the branded collateral you will receive! This is also the point where I create your social media templates. -
Delivery is a super exciting phase! This is where you finally get your hands on all of the deliverables that we creating during our time together.
All of your deliverables will be uploading into our shared Google drive folder, organized neatly for easy navigation with tutorial videos & guides on how to use all of your deliverables. -
Finally, it is time to launch!
If you need support with launching, this would be the time where we can hop on call to finalize a launch plan to make the most out of your new brand.This is also when you receive your launch graphics. You then have my support via Voxer for 30 days post launch, this this is to ensure you have my support as you rebrand all the other elements of your business (or you can hire me to do it for you!)

The magic behind this tight timeline is in the prep work. After your date has been secured, you will have one week before the project start date to complete your tasks (mini brand strategy questionnaire, Pinterest board, etc) & once those are completed, we start the research phase of the project before the start date.

It is important for you to be available for communication during your project in order for it to be a collaborative experience, however the only two days where you need to be available for calls is the Monday & Friday of your intensive.

The investment for The Essentials is 1.5k USD.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking. Then the remaining balance will be due the week prior to your intensive. -
No. Due to the tight timeline & affordable nature of this offer, social media templates are not included.
They can be added an add on though for $500. If you would like to request this add on, just let me know in the comment section of the enquiry form!
